Wholesale Rain Suits

Compare wholesale rain suits by the jacket-and-trouser combination, material and fit your buying program needs. Chenyuan's range includes CY049 polyester/PVC, CY106 PU and CY209 PVC starting points. Use the model references to keep garment selection and order requirements together.

Choose a jacket and trouser combination

What will the wearer have underneath the suit? That belongs in the first fitting discussion, along with the jacket length, trouser length and overlap between the two. Both garments are part of the purchase, and the combination needs to be considered over the clothing expected underneath.

The CY049 product information describes a yellow polyester/PVC jacket-and-pants set with a drawstring hood, zip-and-button front and pockets. The navy blue PU model here is CY106. The CY209 listing describes a separate PVC two-piece rain suit.

A model name beside the photograph tells the person reading a size request which garment is involved. If the choice changes, the reference needs to change with it. That keeps a revised choice attached to the right request.

A single long coat is another possibility, such as the CY099 long raincoat. Decide on the format before transferring a size list from an earlier purchase. A coat list won't describe both garments in a set. The jacket and trousers would still need their own measurement points considered.

02

Compare the specified materials

The table gives the listed materials and color references for these models. It identifies the garments for the purchase discussion, without ranking their performance.

ModelListed materialColor reference
CY049Polyester/PVCYellow
CY106PUNavy blue
CY209PVCYellow, blue, orange or navy blue listed

PU is the material given in the CY106 product information. That entry doesn't specify a backing fabric or material percentage. Either would need a separate specification. For CY049, the listed description is polyester/PVC; writing just polyester would leave part of it out of the brief.

With samples in hand, your team can look at the surface and how each garment hangs, then handle the openings and fastenings. Try this under the same conditions for each sample. The observations should stay with the sample reference so there's a version to return to when discussing them later.

Test results are a separate part of that discussion. A material name doesn't establish the performance of the finished suit for the application you have in mind. If your purchase requires particular results, they need a place in the review alongside the exact garment being considered. The model and full material description should also remain visible on the quotation when you return to it.

03

Build a size and color breakdown

One drawing sheet can cover both garments. The jacket needs body width, sleeve length and garment length marked; the trousers need a waist reference and the leg measurements your team uses. Units written beside the figures, with the points of measurement shown, make it clearer what is being requested.

An old garment may be your starting point, especially when you're changing the fit. Identify it on the drawing so the reader knows whether the figures describe that garment or the revision you want made. The clothing expected underneath still belongs in the fit discussion.

The worksheet can group sets by size and color, keeping matching components together. Add up the entries and check the total against the order you have planned. If a jacket and trousers need to be different sizes, describe the combination you want to request and review.

Color can still be an open question. A yellow sample, orange photograph and navy spreadsheet entry leave that question with the next reader. Name the undecided choice and who will settle it. Once chosen, the color reference should agree across the worksheet and the sample being discussed.

04

Review the garment as a complete set

A sample fitting brings the jacket, trousers and intended clothing together. You can sit, reach forward and bend where those movements fit the intended use, watching the jacket hem and trouser waist. Record any pulling or movement beside the affected measurement point. A proposed correction then has a reference on the drawing.

During that fitting, look at the front fastening, cuffs and trouser hems on the selected sample. For a hooded style, look at the hood as it will be worn. A detail in another model's photograph shouldn't be assumed to belong to this set.

The specification also needs to carry any workplace or performance requirement. Identify the evidence or tests your procurement team needs for that garment; a visible detail won't answer the requirement on its own. Keep the reviewed sample version, comments and approved changes together through the order discussion.

05

Send a wholesale order specification

By now the brief can name the model, listed material, requested measurements and colors, with quantities against each version. The models shown here accept customized logos. If one is needed, add its artwork dimensions and proposed position so the design can be considered on the chosen garment.

Packing can be described on the same brief, with a separate entry for the identifying information you need. Perhaps your team needs to read a size without opening a pack, or plans to issue jacket and trousers together. State those requirements and review the proposed packing against them before the order is confirmed.

The destination, required delivery date and any separate sample-review deadline complete the request. When reviewing the quotation, check the garment version, quantity basis, packing scope and schedule against that brief. Anything unresolved should stay open until it is settled.

The rain suit inquiry form takes those details. If the format is still undecided, the rainwear selection lets you compare a suit with a long coat or poncho.

Before you choose

Where can I discuss rain suits in bulk?

You can send a wholesale rain suit brief to Yiwu Chenyuan Raingear Co., Ltd. in China. Include the model, garment measurements, color and quantity breakdown so the inquiry refers to a specific set.

How much does a rain suit cost?

Request a quotation for the selected model and specification. Include the quantities by version, logo and packing requirements, and destination so you can review the quoted scope alongside the price.

Can I request several sizes in one order?

Include the size breakdown you need, with finished garment measurements and quantities. Ask for the quotation to confirm the proposed combination rather than assuming a size label or mixed-size set is already agreed.

What if my program has a specific performance requirement?

State it explicitly and identify the applicable evidence or tests your procurement team needs to review for the selected garment. The material name, color or visible trim does not establish compliance with a particular requirement.
